Drawing Rules:
- Raffle Tickets starting at ($10USD each) will be on sale starting October 1, 2018 at www.yearroundgetdown.com
- Online raffle ticket purchases made until 12:00 p.m. EST on November 2, 2018 will receive one chance in the drawing per $10USD. No limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.
- In person raffle ticket sales can be purchased at AMBC Fall Festival until 7:58 p.m. EST on November 3, 2018
- The drawing will be held on November 3, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. EST at AMBC Fall Festival. Live coverage of the drawing will be available via Appalachian Mountain Bike Club’s Facebook live account. Results will be posted on Appalachian Mountain Bike Club’s raffle homepage (www.yearroundgetdown.com), on Facebook, The winner will be contacted with the contact information provided.
- The drawing is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
- You do not have to be present to win. The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email. Should the contact information prove incomplete, illegible, discontinued, or the winner fails to contact The Appalachian Mountain Bike Club to claim the drawing prize within 7 days, or if he or she is deemed ineligible to receive the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
- Winner assumes all risks and will be responsible for all costs associated with claiming and transporting the drawing prize. The Bike will be available for local pick up at Tennessee Valley Bikes
- Winner has ability to select bike frame size.
- Winner has the ability to select Fox Factory suspension products for frame chosen
- Winner has the ability to select i9 hub and spoke colors
- Winner has the ability to select Nox Composites rim compatible with frame chosen
- Delivery date of the drawing prize will be dependent on model, size and color availability. Estimated availability of 8-12 weeks from drawing date.
